Summary:

Serves customers by taking telephone, fax, and e-mail orders; providing information.

Project Details:

  • Take orders by obtaining and verifying information.
  • Enter orders by transmitting information.
  • Provide product/service information by answering questions and offering assistance.
  • Maintain call center database by entering and verifying information and update contact log.
  • Improve quality results by recommending changes.
  • Keep equipment operational by following established procedures and report malfunctions.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
  • Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
