Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proven track record of managing warehouse operations efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Oversee receiving and shipping operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company standards and procedures.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless flow of materials and products in and out of the warehouse.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and storage methods to maximize space utilization and efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, such as productivity, accuracy, and inventory levels.
  • Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance warehouse operations.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise in the warehouse promptly and effectively.
  • Foster a positive team environment and promote employee engagement and development.

  • Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
