You'll conceptualize early ideas with your team, gather Voice of Business and Voice of Customer insights, articulate end-to-end experiences, and devise refined design solutions to shape a unified user experience narrative throughout various customer interactions.

• Oversee the complete design lifecycle of our digital offerings, starting from initial research, brainstorming, conceptualization, and design, through to testing and validation
• Strategize and execute primary and secondary research activities
• Distill research findings, develop insights, reframe issues, and offer recommendations to empower our teams in generating and refining new solutions
• Establish and communicate best practices for UX research within product development endeavors, collaborating closely with product teams, stakeholders, and external collaborators
• Play a pivotal role in driving user research initiatives for our digital products and services, contributing to the initial exploration, ideation, conceptualization, design, testing, and validation phases

To apply for this UX Researcher role, your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include:

• Demonstrated expertise in implementing and facilitating the entire design process, utilizing diverse methodologies such as Process Mapping, User Journey Mapping, and User Story Mapping
• Proficiency with industry-standard design and research tools such as Adobe CC, Sketch, Figma, InVision, UserTesting, etc
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining a Design System across a range of products and services
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities, adept at navigating ambiguity while managing multiple priorities
• Familiarity with Agile and SAFe methodologies for fostering teamwork and analytics product development and proficiency in Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence
