SHIFT SCHEDULE

1st Shift Sunday to Wednesday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm**

1st Shift Thursday to Sunday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm**

SUMMARY

This position is responsible for the assisting the overall operation of production on their shift. The following list of responsibilities and requirements is not intended to be comprehensive and may be modified at any time by the Human Resource, in response to current business needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Receives training and performs duties in several departments such as Raw Receiving, Load Out, and Feather Loader/Cook. Learns plant proper operating procedures and practices in each department. Assists in setting their individual performance goals and objectives with their Supervisor. Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties. Receives training in functions and operations of all departments to facilitate subsequent transferability between departments and to provide greater job opportunities. Attends company-sponsored training classes. Abides by all company Safety, QA and Human Resource policies.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED); plus one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

None required. Must be able to obtain a PIT license.

Rehire criteria is a minimum waiting period of 180 days.
