US Program Deployment Leader

The Regional Deployment leader reports into the Integrated Supply Chain Excellence Organization and plays a key role in coordinating and leading the deployment of operational excellence programs within a region. This role will initially work with manufacturing sites and regional/global leadership teams to implement standardized global plant architectures over the next three years.

Responsibilities:

will include developing and leading implementation plans aligned with established standards in partnership with local, regional and global leadership teams, addressing gaps in a timely manner, educating leadership teams to the standard, and supporting change management communications and stakeholder engagement to ensure value creation. The Regional Deployment Lead will also drive the alignment of master plans, oversee data collection and analysis, and collaborate with the ISCO Excellence team and external consultants to ensure a successful and sustainable implementation. Travel to US based sites will be required for this position, up to 70%. The preferred location for this position is Burlington, MA or St. Louis, MO. This position can be located at any of our US MilliporeSigma sites or could be fully remote with travel expected.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, science, or applicable discipline5+ years relevant industry experience Experience leading change management activitiesExperience in Manufacturing operations or equivalent w/ proficiency in site financials and knowledge of manufacturing functions and modes of operationProficiency in MS Office
