Trusts, Estates, and Probate Legal Assistant - Direct Hire

Beacon Hill Legal is looking for an experienced Legal Assistant to join the Trusts, Estates, and Probate group in the Akron office of a full service Ohio law firm. The Legal Assistant will support one partner and one paralegal. The working hours for this position are 8am to 5pm. Duties include but aren't limited to:

• Track and calendar deadlines for probate administration files
• Review bank statements in connection with preparing trust and estate accountings
• Maintain files within firm's document management database
• Enter attorney billable time
• Transcribe dictation
• Communicate routinely with clients
• And more!

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of legal assistant experience dealing with trusts, estates, and/or probate matters
• Experience in a law firm setting
• Proficiency with MS Office
