Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Training Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful onboarding and continuous development of our employees. Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that align with organizational goals and enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Program Development:

  • Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs.
  • Design and develop comprehensive training programs that address both technical and soft skills requirements.
  • Create engaging training materials, including manuals, presentations, and multimedia content.
Training Delivery:
  • Conduct training sessions for employees at various levels, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
  • Utilize a variety of training methods and techniques to accommodate different learning styles.
  • Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
Team Management:
  • Supervise a team of trainers and training coordinators, providing guidance and support.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative training environment, encouraging professional growth and development within the team.
Assessment and Feedback:
  • Implement assessment tools to measure the success of training programs and individual employee performance.
  • Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and refinement.
Technology Integration:
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in training methodologies and technology.
  • Incorporate innovative training tools and technologies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of training programs.
Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure training programs comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field desired (Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, etc.).
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, with at least 5 years in a training role.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving organizational needs.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies.

Salary range - $81,700 - $110,000
