TELEPHONY OPERATIONS ENGINEER
The Select Group's top telecommunications client, Charter Communications has an immediate need of a Telephony Engineer who has hands on experience supporting Empirix (troubleshoot, break/fix, administration). TELEPHONY ENGINEER REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ year administrative experience w Empirix/Infosys XMS
- Telephony and IP experience
- Experience deploying, maintaining, and configuring probes
- Knowledge of ROS nodes
- Troubleshooting & break fix experience
- Netscout Experience
- Intellisite Experience
- Troubleshooting Empirix/Infosys XMS and related hardware and software
- Working with Empirix/Infosys Tech Support to open tickets and ensure resolution
- Daily health checks to ensure all regions are available and collecting data
- Maintaining and updating node maps - keeping up with moves/adds/changes in the network
