Nordson Adhesive Dispensing Systems (ADS) sets the global standard in hot melt machines and dispensing, coating, and laminating systems. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Assembles products that meet quality and quantity standards in an efficient manner
• Builds and assists in more complex setups
• Performs troubleshooting and diagnostics on more complex melters
• Operates on circuit boards
• Works on more complex equipment ex. (Slice, Extruders, NW melters)
• Records and reports data
• Works and participates on special projects or continuous improvement initiatives
• Assists in creating and facilitating training for the ESP team
• Navigates and manages SAP screens for production and inventory handling
• Identifies and repairs more complicated items such as damaged threads, panels, parts, and drives
• Prepare bills of material and labor for simple proposals.
• Demonstrated knowledge and performance in all ESP work areas
• Follow all safety and housekeeping procedures
• Offer enhancement ideas to existing processes and continuous improvement efforts
• Reliability - on time arrival and departures; open to consider overtime based on business needs.

Education and Experience Requirements

• High School or GED
• Post high school electrical training or Associates degree in related technology

• Willingness to pursue more electrical/technical certificates
