Workday HRIS Analyst (Systems Operations - Multiple Position

Client :- Walt Disney Company

Client Location: - Sacramento, CA (100% Remote)

Type: 12+-month contractor role with very high possibility of extension

100% Remote role. Must be able to work 9am-6pm PST.

This resource will be the main POC for all Workday system related issues. There is a preference for candidates that are functional analysts with technical expertise (system integrations, ability to debug code, etc.) however the priority in recruiting should be on candidates who at least have the functional analysis background.

Basic Qualifications -3+ years of Workday Experience required in in Business Process configurations, Reporting, EIBs, troubleshooting

-Should be familiar with Workday modules: HCM (human capital management), benefits, time tracking, payroll, compensation.

-Excel - ability to pivot data, work with large amounts of data

Preferred Qualifications Workday certifications

Required Education Bachelor's degree

Description/Comment: Workday HRIS Analyst

-Serve as our Workday subject matter expert and first point of contact to troubleshoot system issues

-Manage service now ticket queue for various stakeholder requests for reporting/system configuration changes

-process role assignments within Workday for system access requests

-Partner with business users to process and test EIB templates for mass data loads

-Monitor and troubleshoot integration file feeds with business users and vendors

-prepare documentation for configuration changes to include screenshots of test cases and results prior to migrating to production environment

-Support time tracking and payroll issues

-Ad hoc requests/projects as needed
