Description: Our client is currently seeking a Systems Analyst
Location: REMOTE
Duration: Contract to Hire on W2
Summary: We need someone NOT focused on the Call Recording side, but instead someone who is focused on the Workforce Management application side.
MAJOR PLUS: There's a big RFP coning where they're moving their workforce management took from Nice to Verint so if someone has any migration experience with that specifically it would be HUGE.
Must Haves
Ability to build/write/document Smartsync integrations between NICE IEX and other systems
-Lynx API documentation
-5+ years of experience in Systems Analysis focusing on workforce management
-Nice IEX WFM (need strong experience)
-Verint WFM (need strong experience)
-Agile environment
-Enterprise level experience
-Bachelors degree
-MS Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
-Remote in US, but Must be flexible for CST hours and possible off hours from time to time with the Ireland team
Plusses:
API Development (the integrations this person will work on are very complex, so any development experience would be IDEAL)
