Responsibilities

The System Director of Security Services will be responsible for the planning, direction, and coordination of all Security Services throughout Tower Health. This position is responsible for the overall protection of life and property at Tower Health by identifying, communicating, and updating departmental goals, operating policies, and defining objectives and responsibilities of the staff and their delegating authority to provide optimum support. The Director of Security Services is also responsible for managing vendor relationships and establishing/operating effective security programs that foster positive relations with patients, visitors, and staff.

Education Requirements

• 4 year Bachelor's Degree - OR - combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree

• Relevant Experience

• If role requires the use of a hospital owned vehicle, a valid driver's license with appropriate driving record is required.
