Many of our roles require employees to be fully on-site given the nature of the work, though there are some roles offering fully remote work, most are either fully on-site or a hybrid model of on-site and remote.

The Mosaic New Wales facility sits on 3500 acres and is involved in the production of phosphate fertilizer and animal feed ingredients. Finished products include fertilizer: Diammonium Phosphate (DAP), Monoammonium Phosphate (MAP) and Powdered MAP (PMAP); and feed ingredients: Biofos, Dynafos and Multifos. Finished products from this site are shipped to destinations across the globe.

Are you our next Production Superintendent?

We are currently seeking a Superintendent Production to plan and direct production activities and resources to support the continuous operations of the plant. Include all facets of production coordination namely: human resources or contractors, product quality, safety, environmental, water management, energy management, steam management and raw material management. Provide technical support to the design and implementation of process improvements and capital projects as needed in a singular unit. Help support employee scheduling process and assist with training needs.

What will you contribute?

  • Technical Engineering troubleshooting and problem solving.
  • Support project management.
  • Work with Operations and Maintenance to develop and implement process improvements or capital projects that increase production, safety, quality, environmental, or water/energy management.
  • Provide work direction to the team as well as timely and constructive feedback to ensure employees have a clear understanding of their work, roles, business goals, and performance standards.
  • Manage performance issues when necessary. Develop and coach employees in order to retain and grow organizational talent. Support employees in their career development.
  • Facilitate communication between job functions and departments to improveefficiency, product quality, allocation of resources, safety, and environmental.
  • Provide accurate analytical data for decision making.
  • Direct production activities to maintain efficient operation of the department.
  • Forecast, budget, and manage daily operations to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations and efficient dept. operation.
  • Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have the Following:
  • High school diploma/GED with 5+ years of relevant experience or a two-year technical program with 3+ years of relevant experience required, technical or engineering. Bachelor's degree with at least 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Step-up, leadership, or supervisory experience preferred.

  • Physically able to use standard safety equipment which is rated for 300 pounds or less.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
