Responsibilities
The Professional Services Coding Supervisor is responsible for the direction and operation of the RHPN Professional provider coding education, coding reviews and procedural/surgical coding for outpatient and inpatient professional fee services. Key responsibilities include: direct supervision of coding staff; assessment and maintenance of established quality and productivity performances; development and implementation of coding processes to support accurate provider documentation, revenue cycle, reimbursement and data analysis / reporting functions. Collaborates with HIM Coding/CDI teams to provide a team centered process for clinical documentation/coding functions.

- High School Diploma or GED
- Relevant Experience
- AAPC Certified Professional Coder
- AHIMA Clinical Coding Specialist CCS
- Analytical Skills
- Excellent Communications Skills
