We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Multifamily Superintendent to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on-site construction activities for our multifamily projects.

What You Will Be Doing -Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities for multifamily residential projects.
-Ensure that construction work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
-Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that all work is completed to the required standards.
-Develop and maintain project schedules, and monitor progress to ensure that work is completed on time.
-Monitor construction quality and ensure that all work meets the required standards.
-Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
What You Need for this Position -At least 3+ years of multifamily or hotel construction
-Bachelors preferred but not required
-Deep understanding of construction methods, materials, and practices.
-Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
