What You Will Be Doing Responsibilities and Duties:

-Plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, from pre-construction to closeout
-Supervise and direct a team of construction professionals, including foremen and subcontractors
-Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with project specifications, plans, and schedules
-Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety policies and procedures
-Monitor and control project costs, schedules, and quality
-Collaborate with other members of the project team to ensure successful project outcomes
What You Need for this Position -At least 5+ years of experience as a superintendent in the civil construction industry
-Bachelor's degree is preferred
-Strong understanding of road, highway and bridge construction
-Knowledge of construction management software, scheduling tools, and cost control systems
-Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
