Voyatek is seeking a Contracts Intern to join our summer internship program. This is a remote opportunity.

We'd love to hear from people with:
• Enthusiasm for learning and keen interest in the in-house corporate legal environment
• Excellent legal writing, legal research, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to organize a contract database
• Ability to successfully balance multiple tasks and effectively meet deadlines
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Basic understanding of contract law

Qualifications:
• Pursuing a degree in the following fields of study: business administration, business management, political science or contract management
• Interest in the Public Sector Industry
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. This includes, but is not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and geographic location. At Voyatek, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current hourly rate is $15.00 to $22.00.
