Primary Duties / Responsibilities:
- Support resource creation for members and staff aligned with DFA’s Gold Standard Dairy Program and the National Dairy FARM Program
- Provide technical review on the latest science and research on farming practices and present to internal team
- Participate in intern events, trips and community service activities
- Collect, analyze, and report on internal and/or public data to assist with business-related projects
- Develop technical and presentations for consistent messaging across various DFA business units
- Write and edit weekly and monthly publications
- Prepare materials for internal trainings, events and trade shows
The qualified candidate will be a junior or senior in the fall of 2024 with a degree focus in Dairy Science, Animal Science, Agriculture or Agricultural Communications/Literacy.
