Advertised Job Summary:Provide oversight and direction for student enrollment, financial and award data management processes for the College of Nursing.
Minimum Qualifications:Master's degree and 1 year related program experience, or bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:Higher Education experience. Experience with financial aid scholarship systems.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Ability to interpret and institute College and University policies and procedures with discretion. Skills to understand and carry out complex oral and written instructions. Knowledge of methods of research design, data collection, data analysis and presentation of information. Knowledge of standard descriptive statistical methods. Ability to present information in written and oral form. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
Job Duty:Design data collection methods, and systematically collect data, review, synthesize, and report data for use internally and externally for the College of Nursing(CON). Prepare summaries of survey data for external entity survey/questionnaires each year for examination and submission by/on behalf of the CON.

Job Duty:Manages and coordinates data processing procedures for the Office of Academic Affairs including the maintenance of accurate aggregate data used for student enrollment, satisfaction reports and awards distributions, strategic planning, and program evaluation with proactive distribution of data reports to appropriate administrators.
