Staff Accountant

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Staff Accountant to assist with the daily operations of our accounting department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, conducting regular ledger reconciliations, and supporting the preparation of financial statements.

Responsibilities:
* Perform daily accounting tasks, including journal entries, ledger reconciliations, and financial reporting.
* Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
* Support budget preparation and financial audits.
* Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management.
* Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
* Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
* Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
