JOB SUMMARY

DuBois Chemicals is seeking an experienced and collaborative Senior Financial Analyst in our Sharonville, OH headquarters. Responsible for sales compensation modeling, quota/target management and the implementation and administration of incentive plans. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Commercial teams to develop sales compensation models, set quotas, and implement incentive plans effectively.
• Calculate sales incentives and bonuses on a monthly basis until transitioned to automated systems.
• Manage automated sales compensation systems and ensure accuracy of supporting data.
• Liaise with internal teams including Sales, HR, and Payroll, as well as executive leadership, to ensure alignment of compensation structure with company objectives.
• Ensure timely payment of commissions and bonuses as per sales incentive and bonus program contracts.
• Standardize and streamline existing compensation programs for improved efficiency.
• Conduct analytics related to compensation, incentive plans, and bonus plans to provide insights and recommendations.
• Develop user-friendly tools and reports for incentive plan recipients to enhance understanding and transparency.
• Participate in facilitating the transition from manual calculation of incentives to automated processing of payments using Xactly software.
• Assist in consolidating and transforming legacy incentive programs inherited through acquisitions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, sales compensation, or related roles, with a focus on creating sales compensation models, quota setting, and implementing incentive plans effectively.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, Alteryx).
• Familiarity with sales compensation automation software, such as Xactly, and experience in facilitating the transition from manual calculation to automated processing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with sales incentive and bonus program contracts, including the ability to calculate incentives and bonuses manually until transitioned to automated systems.
• Experience in standardizing and streamlining compensation programs for improved efficiency.

EDUCATION REQUREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics or related field
• Financial leadership program graduate a plus
