  • Plan and implement strategies to ensure the successful and timely execution of all assigned projects.
  • Manage project close-outs including punch lists and final walk-throughs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between external partners (external project manager, architect, GC) and internal business partners (IT, Security, etc.), ensuring the scopes for each business partner team are incorporated into the project and they are funded.
  • Work on strategic initiatives and deliverables for the GREFM team and provide partnership on cross functional projects.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, audit, safety, and environmental issues.

EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum of 8-10 years project management experience at a fast moving and growing company.
  • Advanced degree in architecture, real estate, interior design or planning with a demonstrated knowledge of the full process required for a design & construction project.
  • Technical knowledge of all aspects (i.e., architectural, mechanical, electrical & plumbing systems) of a design & construction project.
  • Ability to prepare estimates with a working knowledge of cost control, budgeting, contracts, billing, and forecasting.
  • Independent and flexible with a growth mindset and the ability to quickly respond to changes as they occur.
  • Self-directed and have strong organization, verbal/written communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to execute tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Experience in a fast-paced technology environment, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, think creatively and provide solutions.
