Sr Billing Specialist

ECS is seeking a Sr Billing Specialist to work in our Fairfax, VA office / remote.

Job Description:

ECS is looking for a government contract billing professional. Excellent opportunity to grow and develop in an expanding organization. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Prepare invoices of various types (FFP, T&M, CPxx) to include retro rate adjustments
• Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• Billing setup to include ceilings and overrides
• Analyze monthly unbilled receivables, research and resolve issues
• Project reconciliation, i.e. reconcile invoice to PSR revenue
• Track ACRN funding
• Communicate with internal and external customers to identify and resolve billing and payment discrepancies

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excel competent, i.e. ability to create basic pivot tables
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• 4+ years experience in government contract billing
• Deltek Costpoint - Billing and Projects Module

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
• WAWF, IPP experience
