Position Summary:
* Provides CSR performance input to management
* Customer interface is at the executive level (Division Specialist only)
* Mentor/ trainer for all CSR level personnel
* Ability to travel, for technical support and escalations, throughout the United States (District Specialist).
* Ability to travel, up to 95% of the time for technical support and escalations, throughout the region and national geography as required (Division Specialist).
* Potential for promotional opportunity to exempt position within other business units.
* Strong communications both is writing a and verbally
* Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
* Process improvement
* Provide technical assistance and resolution as necessary
* Set up new systems and perform routine maintenance
