Position Summary

Supports OAPI brand teams and Functional Departments in a specialist role for Print bench competitive bidding, SOW/PO requisitions. Provides cross-functional supports for the Marketing Mateials Fulfillment warehouse and additionally Marketing Services to the brand teams and Commercial Operations for coordination of projects and tasks as needed. Provides back-up cross-functional support for all Marketing Operations functions as required.

Key Job Responsibilities

Brand Support for Print Bench and associated support services

• Create SOWs for projects to be competitively bid amongst suppliers on the agency and/or technical bench
• Print Bench: Adds projects on bench for printers to competitively bid on, act as a liaison between the agency and print suppliers
• Requisition SOW/ROS in Ariba to generate Purchase Orders (PO) across brands
• Liaison with Procurement to evaluate and determine vendor adds/removals from bench

Marketing Services

• Marketing Services as needed to support the Brand Teams
• Provide cross-functional support within the Marketing Operations team
• Support label change projects and other ad hoc requests

Literature Distribution Warehouse Support

• Provides cross-functional support for the Marketing Materials warehouse.
• Liaison between the print team and warehouse

Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, Education, and Experience

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Management Science
• Excellent organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent computer skills and exposure to MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
• Abilify to work both independently and within a team setting
• Sound judgement and attention to detail

Preferred:

• 2 years Pharmaceutical Experience

Travel (approximately 0-5%)
