Summary:

  • The individual in this position will be responsible for fulfillment of manual letter requests generated within the company as well as ensuring accounts are updated/letters are resent when suppressions, mail returns, and NCOA updates are identified.

Responsibilities:
  • Review manual letter requests submitted by various business units, determine validity of request, and utilize job aids and letter matrices to fulfill letter requests
  • Index manually generated letters to account in OnBase
  • Monitor internal letter suppressions for opportunities to verify data points/resend letters when applicable
  • Monitor vendor mail returns and NCOA state blocks for opportunities to verify data points/resend letters when applicable
  • Utilize skip tracing tool for researching consumer address concerns
  • Create and obtain approval for special letter requests generated by individual business units
  • Manually generate TOPS/IRU letter requests when business requirements do not allow for automated lettering
  • Fulfill bulk mailing requests
  • Review NY Letter suppressions and submit Ask Buy Sell Requests to reconcile balance discrepancies
  • Serve as backup to Customer Service Support Outbound Correspondence Process Specialist II

Qualifications/Skills:
  • 1-3 years of related experience, preferably in a Customer Service environment
  • Extensive proficiency in Microsoft Word and proficiency in Excel
  • Demonstrated understanding of RAP, Accurint, and SharePoint
  • General knowledge of policies, processes, and guidelines for Greenville Operations
  • Ability to prioritize and balance letter fulfillment between multiple departments
  • Detail oriented and self-motivated
  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills

Educational Requirements:
  • College degree preferred; 1-3 years of customer service focused work experience required
