Assist the CMO and Marketing Manager with the planning, execution, and optimization of acquisition and retention marketing programs.
Coordinate on-air promotions, partner offers/advertising, email, social media, and content marketing campaigns including overseeing logistics, coordinating resources, copywriting/proofreading, creating schedules, and building reports.
Provide superior customer service to potential customers and current subscribers handling any queries and complaints in a timely manner.
Promptly respond to any escalated customer/subscriber issues compiling documents and forwarding information to necessary parties.
Recommend new subscriptions or products or help subscribers better engage with their current subscription by identifying relevant features and benefits to them.
Establish and maintain good rapport with customers/subscribers by using positive language and anticipating their needs.
Maintain an updated knowledge of the VSiN's products, services, and customer service policies.
Develop, execute, and measure winback campaigns to reactivate churned subscribers.
Assist in compiling daily, monthly, quarterly and annual key customer service and marketing reports.
When appropriate recommend improvements to marketing related processes to improve efficiencies and effectiveness.
Performs general administrative office duties, including but not limited to: scheduling meetings, creating agendas, taking minutes, and creating forms and other documents.
Performs other job-related duties as requested.
