Summary of Job Content:
Supervises all financial controlling activities for different profit centers and cost centers of the plant,in accordance with corporate and division policies and procedures.
Key Accountabilities:

• Responsible for all Controlling (about 75%) and Order Management (about 25%) related processes for our aerospace and automotive production site in Arkadelphia/AR
• Major focus of the position is on Controlling and, in addition, comprises the execution of Order Management-related processes
• Act as financial business partner, conduct profound analyses and provides recommendations for improvement in both the efficiency and efficacy of the plant operations.
• Work with the local leadership team to manage the business with sound financial background and clear bottom-line orientation (EBITDA, Cash Flow, Working Capital)
• Initiate and take the lead for our financial budgeting and forecasting process, as well as risk management.
• Accompany the month end and closing process in the close interaction with shared financial services.
• Provide timely and accurate analysis of monthly financial data and financial trends in order to assist the local and BU leadership team in performing their responsibilities
• Closely interact and collaborate with the Head of BU Controlling and the global BU Controlling team.
• Proactively analyze gross margins and review with sales and operations responsible for enhancement.
• Ensure valid and meaningful product costing of new and existing products in SAP.
• Ongoingly improve internal processes, SAP usage and thereby ensure master data quality.
• Ensure compliance of and, from time to time, execute financial and administrative processes.

Experiences:

• University degree in Business Administration or similar, with focus on Controlling, Finance and/or Accounting
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Controlling, Cost Accounting and/or Financial Management within an international manufacturing environment
• Highly proficient skills in SAP Modules FI/CO/SD & MS Excel
• Inventory management control, good analytic & problem solving.
• Clear understanding of wall-to-wall audit responsibilities and procedures to ensure a successful audit.

Work Environment:
This position works in both an office environment and a noisy plant environment.The employee will regularly be working near moving mechanical parts and high temperature equipment and may on occasion be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, outdoor weather conditions, risk of electrical shock, heat or dangerous chemicals.
