Basic Job Functions:
The Signpost Fabrication Supervisor is responsible for the safety, direction, and development of the Highway Products Team. This role supports the goals of the signpost fabrication department and Nucor Steel Marion in the areas of Safety, Profitability, Quality, Environmental, Cost and Productivity. Candidates must possess a high degree of dedication to handle all responsibilities of a Nucor Supervisor.
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Number one priority of safety of the entire team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous Leadership Experience/Lead Level or Above
- Understanding of fabrication and line equipment
