Our next Sales Operation Analyst will be developing sales metrics and building CRM dashboards to track KPIs This person will have a background in either data visualization, Salesforce dashboarding, business analysis, or financial modeling. Ideally they would have prior medical device or bioscience industry experience and have interest in the field.

What You Will Be Doing - Defining and managing key metrics and analytics related to sales activity
- Evaluating sales plan performance in achieving business objectives
- Supporting design, development, and implementation of sales incentives
- Becoming a subject matter expert on internal commission plans
What You Need for this Position Must have experience in one or more of these areas:
- Data Visualization/Tableau
- Salesforce Dashboarding/KPI Development
- Finance and Business Analytics
