Description: Our client is currently seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineering
Need candidate local to Schaumburg, IL for this role.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- IT product delivery- Team management and support
- Set/Drive team goals towards meeting Agile MBO metrics
- Partner with business to drive product roadmap
- Participate in product capability discussions
- Conflict & escalation resolutions
- Vendor management
- Minimum 4-5 years IT delivery experience leading /managing a team with direct reports
- Minimum 7 years technical experience in the areas of web/application development
- Experience managing large cross functional, geographically dispersed teams.
- At least 3-5 years managing an IT delivery team of at least 4 members
- At least 3 years experience with Product roadmap management
- Experience with Azure commercial cloud or equivalent technologies
- Experience working in a large cross functional team/organization
- At least 3 years experience managing a multi million $ portfolio
