Meet the team:

The Senior Manager, Global Revenue will report to the Director of Global Revenue, Pricing, and Reporting and will serve as the finance partner for Dexcom's sales and channel partners.

In this role, you will be responsible for scenario P&L analysis based on global commercial revenue planning models, partnering with commercial teams to evaluate channel targets and performance, and execute the global commercial reporting decks for executive leadership as well as other various ad hoc activities to drive decision making.

Where you come in:

  • Manage a team of commercial finance professionals based in the United States as well as indirect management responsibilities for Pricing professionals based Internationally.
  • Develop and deliver the key themes and storylines of the Global Commercial results into one succinct message.
  • Own creation and delivery of the monthly Executive Management Business Review and close pack decks.
  • Execute and develop monthly revenue reporting - ASP, PVM, patient counts, share and other key metrics.
  • Provide expertise and contribute leadership/guidance into detailed P&L model scenarios from demand-based models to impact executive decision making.
  • Partner with global commercial leadership to evaluate go to market opportunities around the world.
  • Build trust and relationships with Worldwide Commercial Teams - Finance, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Shape the future reporting metrics and visualizations to unlock existing and future product portfolios worldwide.
  • Strong excel and systems skills to develop new tools and models to analyze financial results and trends to give actionable insights to commercial operators.
  • Attention to detail ensuring accuracy of reporting and analysis reported to executive team.
  • Demonstrate intellectual curiosity to learn category and commercial strategies.
  • Communication skills working with cross functional teams and executives worldwide.
  • System knowledge of Hyperion Smartview, Tableau Desktop, & Tableau dashboarding.
  • Flexibility to take on additional business support responsibilities and adhoc analytical requests.
  • Comfort analyzing large data sets and being able to communicate actionable conclusions.

  • Experience working within large scale ERP systems Hyperion Financial Management & Oracle.

Travel Required:

  • 15-25%

Experience and Education:
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree with 13+ years of industry experience
  • 5-8 years of previous people management experience

Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.
