Lead Learning Program Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Lead Learning Program Strategist that will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative learning strategies, programs and experiences. The role will partner with key stakeholders across the business and manage a Learning team to deliver learning solutions and measure business impact.

Description

  • Oversee the execution of learning programs via a learning team, shared services and vendor partnerships.
  • Partner with regional stakeholders to identify learning opportunities and a global learning center of expertise to design strategic programming.
  • Guide the learning team and subject matter experts to design impactful and innovative learning programs aligned to business needs
  • Leverage innovative thinking to design and oversee efficient, consistent, automated operating procedures to drive team effectiveness.
  • Collaborate to define meaningful learning KPIs and drive associated data collection, analysis and recommendations to drive Create relevant training metrics reports and develop improvement plans and program recommendations where needed.
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends and best practices in the learning space to develop team and evolve learning services.
  • Provide input to annual learning planning and budget
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree is required;
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience;
  • Team leadership experience including performance management;
  • Excellent task and project management skills with experience coordinating and implementing training programs;
  • Demonstrated proficiency of learning theory and methodology;
  • Ability to collaborate with distributed, virtual team members to ensure timely, efficient, and accurate deliverables;
  • Confirmed ability to analyze problems and solve them creatively;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and work with highly sensitive data and information;
  • Ability to partner and develop effective relationships with stakeholders, colleagues and managers to achieve needed learning and business outcomes;
  • Professional Services knowledge preferred.

ZS is a global consulting firm. Fluency in English is required; additional fluency in at least one European or Asian language is desirable.
