RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Java/Kafka/AWS in Durham, NC.- Senior Java/Kafka/AWS will work with Kafka Kstream applications, AWS EKS and AWS manages solutions such as lambda, DynamoDB, API gateway, SQS, ec2, s3, CloudWatch, IAM roles/polices, etc.
- Working with EDA solutions such as MQ/ AWS SNS, etc.
- Working with OAuth 2.0 framework and scopes
- Implementing Micro services Architecture & building/deploying highly automated, scalable, and maintainable infrastructure
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in Java, Web Development and UNIX
- Experience in Rest based microservices particularly Spring Boot apps
- Experience in container-based development (Docker)
- Experience in Hibernate ORM/JDBC/Connection Pooling, etc.
- Knowledge on CD process and tools, testing frameworks and practices (preferably GitHub, Jenkins, Stash, Artifactory, Terraform, etc.)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
