JOBOVERVIEW

We're seeking aSENIORDIRECTORbased nearNew York, NY, Chicago, IL, Denver, CO, Atlanta, GA or Austin TX with specific experience as a senior-level consultant leading insights, brand strategy and/or innovation for major brands.

This person must understand how to interpret clients' strategic imperatives and lead projects that deliver powerful strategies that make clients come back to Egg time and time again.

Our Senior Directors run our largest client accounts and partner closely with the Leadership Team. Importantly, Senior Directors still roll up their sleeves to create and execute a wide range of insight-hunting research, consumer collaborations and brand strategy workshops(and less frequently innovation workshops). Travel is variable, traditionally has been up to 30% but in a post COVID landscape this has yet to be defined.

EggSenior Directors work across multiple projects simultaneously, so we're looking for someone who can set vision while building strong teams and guiding them to realize ambitious goals. We'd love to hear how you've inspired teams to do great work, leveraging their own ideas and talents under your direction.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

We're looking for leaders who are practitioners of some combination of market research, brand strategy and innovation, with skills they can teach and coach in others. Strength in any area is great, and a growth mindset to learning in others is highly valued.

The ideal candidate is an expert with 12+ years of experience in insights and brand strategy, with experience and a desire to help us grow in Spirits/Wine/Beer Category or in technology/Media/Gaming.We are interested in candidates coming out of strategic research shops or possibly from an ad agency that has strategy at the center of their practice (beyond brand positioning for comms only). Or, those who are excelling at other insights and strategy consultancies or currently client-side, but looking for a new place to pursue their passions. We are really seeking a hybrid ... a strategically minded researcher ... or a research comfortable strategist.

Successful candidates will also have an understanding of business development behaviors, both via new and organically growing existing relationships.
