-Your new role-
As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will be involved in the design of your projects, and you will also be responsible for carrying those projects through to completion! This role will be focused on "campus life", so you will be dealing with dormitory renovations, dining hall construction and renovation, etc. There is both on campus work, as well as off campus residential construction. As this is a historic institution, some of these projects will have a preservation aspect.

-What you'll need to succeed-

• Architecture or Engineering degree
• Higher education/campus experience
• 8+ years' construction project management experience
• Dormitory construction project experience
• Dining hall / food & beverage project experience
