ECS is seeking a Senior C2ISR ISSM work in our Warner Robins, GA office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon [contract award OR additional funding].

Job Description:

ECS is seeking a highly qualified Senior C2ISR ISSM with an active Top Secret/SCI Clearance to work on our project at Robins Air Force Base, GA. The selected candidate will be able to communicate effectively (written/verbal), possess strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and be innovative in a fast-paced environment. Must hold and maintain a valid Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance. The candidate will be involved with product sustainment, product development, lab support, and engineering services in support of the Operational Flight Program (OFP), Test Program Set (TPS) development and support, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance software and Mission Support (MS) business lines. Candidate will assist in evaluating current systems, planning of large-scale system projects, purchasing, installing and support of network communications, including LAN/WAN systems To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• The selected candidate will be expected to perform at a Senior/SME level with minimal to no assistance from junior level organic staff.
• Perform duties as an Information System Security Manager (ISSM) for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) or Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) System.
• Generate, modify, and monitor Xacta, Risk Management Framework (RMF), Capture the Flag (CtF), Interim Authority to Operate (IATT), and Authority to Operate (ATO) packages.
• Utilize Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) and address system security requirements for cloud, on premise, and hybrid environments.
• Have knowledge of ICD 503 and NIST publications.

Required Skills:

• Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance.
• US Citizen
• CAP, CASP+CE, CISM, CISSP, GSLC, or CCISO Certificate.
• Minimum 8 years' experience as an Information System Security Manager (ISSM) for Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) or Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Systems.
• Experience with the generation, modification, and monitoring of Xacta Risk Management Framework (RMF), Capture the Flag (CtF), Interim Authority to Operate (IATT), and Authority to Operate (ATO) packages.
• Experience in continuous monitoring leveraging Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) and addressing system security requirements for cloud, on premise, and hybrid environments.
• Knowledge of ICD 503 and NIST publications.

Desired Skills:

• 5+ Years' experience working on DoD programs is highly desired.
• Interest in new technologies and the ability to adopt to those new technologies.
