RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in Warwick, RI is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their team.Summary:The Senior BA's primary responsibilities include liaising between IT and the business to improve the quality products and analyzing business needs. The candidate creates/revises/executes the following deliverables using industry standard techniques as applicable, including but not limited to process maps, data flow diagrams, requirements specifications, Use case or user story scenarios and acceptance testing.REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree and/or 2-5 years of Business Analyst, marketing planning or related role in an in-house or agency environment
- Experience working in a formal Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile project mythology
- Previous digital marketing, Azure DevOps, Jira, and analytics experience is a plus
- Experience with native fundraising apps, Google Analytics, Tableau, and Power BI preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
