Our Audit Seniors responsibilities include pre-audit planning for engagements, review of client accounting and operating procedures, performance of internal control test work, and audit test work sufficient in scope to support an audit opinion. This involves the preparation of financial statement reports, performing analytical reviews of various account balances, and preparing supporting work paper documentation. Audit Seniors also perform technical research to solve issues that arise during the course of various audit engagements.
What You Will Be Doing -Provide support to all phases of engagements including planning.
-Manage and train staff to understand accounting/auditing procedures.
-Maintain an updated knowledge of rules, regulations and standards.
-Preparation of financial statements by gathering and analyzing information.
-Answer accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data.
What You Need for this Position CPA license or eligible to sit for the exams a must

-A minimum of 3 years public accounting experience.
-Bachelor's degree with a focus in Accounting
-A thorough understanding of GAAP and Statutory Accounting Principles.
-Possess outstanding project management and analytical skills.
-Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written.
-Advanced experience in basic technology skills PC usage, Word, Excel, Prosystem fx Tax, CCH Engagement.
