Security Account Administration Representative
Interface is seeking a Security Account Administration Representative who will be responsible and accountable for maintaining confidential customer information, creating, and maintaining end-user accounts, as well as providing exceptional customer service. This includes contact with internal and external customers, and various authorities such as police, fire, and commercial loss prevention departments.

Job Requirements QUALIFICATIONS
Create customer accounts in Manitou
- Interact with authorities to maintain permits for customers and address false alarm fines.
- Maintain customer information in Manitou.
- Use critical thinking skills to resolve problem accounts.
- Process alarm panel code changes.
- Update contact lists.
- Work with internal employees to coordinate required documentation for customers upon sale or installation, per city/county ordinance requirements.
- Communication with technicians and external customers via outbound and inbound phones calls and emails.
- Other tasks and duties assigned by Management.

• High-School diploma
