Description:

The SCS Project Coordinator position has primary responsibility for direct Life Science customer relations, and for translating customer needs/requests into production orders. This position works primarily to provide customer support and consultation, as well as operational support to Life Sciences Operations management.

Accountabilities:

1. Provides direct customer service, primarily via phone and email.

2. Work with other team members to manage shared email inbox by properly addressing all incoming communications.

3. Facilitates new order management activities between Reed Tech, customers and third party consultants.

4. Develops and maintains Subject Matter Expertise in all fields that directly relate to Reed Tech's Life Sciences service offerings.

5. Provides consultation to customers on all fields that directly relate to Reed Tech's Life Sciences service offerings.

6. Guides customers through FDA submittal process, and makes all client-requested ESG submissions.

7. Works with management to implement process improvement initiatives related to order processing, customer relations, and production processes.

8. Assists Business Development with new customer setup and contacts database maintenance

9. Assists Finance with managing customer information/pricing and with resolving customer invoicing disputes.

10. Addresses problems and takes corrective action; notifies management of issues affecting schedules.

11. Assists management in training initiatives and process documentation (work instructions, business rules, etc).

12. Performs other job related duties as required.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in applicable field or equivalent experience.

2. Excellent computer skills including strong understanding of Microsoft Office suite applications.

3. Ability to interact with external Life Science customers and company contacts.

4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of employees and external customers.

5. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy.

6. Ability to provide project planning and employee training.

7. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.

Desired Qualifications:

1. Knowledge of SPL and FDA drug listing and labeling requirement.

2. Background in Life Science Operations or related Life-Sciences field.

3. Background in customer service/account management.

4. Knowledge of XML and database management.
