SCRUM MASTER
One of The Select Group's clients is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join their team! The ideal candidate is a Certified Scrum Master that has proven experience leading teams that are focused on DevOps and Application projects. If the below sounds like you, please apply!
SCRUM MASTER REQUIREMENTS
- MUST HAVE 4+ years of experience working as a Certified Scrum Master
- Experience using Confluence for documentation, creating environmental drawings, and creating playbooks
- Proven experience leading Scrum methodologies for DevOps and Application projects
- Must understand SDLC and how to effectively work with development teams and Product Managers
- Must understand DevOps practices
- Experience managing sprints using JIRA
- Strong communication and working with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
SCRUM MASTER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
- Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
- Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization
- Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
- Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework
- Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
- Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
- Support the product owner and provide education where needed
