Scrum Master - Reece Digital Solutions

Reece Digital Solutions is seeking a dynamic and motivated Scrum Master to join our innovative team, driving the design, development, and enhancement of cutting-edge cloud-first eCommerce web and mobile platform solutions. If you are a self-motivated multitasker with outstanding communication skills and a passion for leading creation of high-quality solutions using the latest technologies, we invite you to apply and become an integral part of our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a seasoned Scrum Master, leading multiple teams through Agile methodologies and practices.
  • Facilitate Scrum events, coach teams in Agile principles.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business goals, elicit and document requirements, and translate them into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct thorough requirements analysis, ensuring a deep understanding of both business and technical perspectives.
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, facilitating effective communication and understanding.
  • Drive product development by providing insights and team communication into user needs, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Work closely with the team to break down complex projects into manageable tasks, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and refine the product backlog.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the teams, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and better outcomes.
  • Implement and iterate on Agile best practices to enhance team performance.
  • Lead and mentor team members.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to Reece USA's core values.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in complex and dynamic environments.
  • Strong business analysis and product development skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and the ability to tailor them to the unique needs of the organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with technical considerations and the software development lifecycle.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related analytical field.
