Job Requirements:Primary Skills: Business Process DesignBusiness process design Q&ASAP Q&APrevious utility provider experience is a plus.
Job ResponsibilitiesDesign business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business, and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs. Lead a team responsible for BPD, design, and implementation of specific SAP scope Coordinate with client teams to gather requirements, advise on industry best practices Align business process to application functionality to minimize customization Operate within an agile delivery framework.
