Salesforce.com Support Specialist (Experienced Level Professional)

MISSION: You will help support and resolve sophisticated incidents, by finding workarounds and sharing them with the team. You will also provide guidance to the team on the usage of business applications and offer technical expertise (mentorship) on the ticket resolution, to ensure a growth of knowledge in the team while maintaining a high level of customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve proficiency in at least one or more of the key systems supported by the team (SAP, Salesforce, Fiori, BI).
  • A Super-user in Application systems and be able to provide guidance to other team members.
  • Incident Management identifies impact and validates priority.
  • Provide technical and functional analysis in IT applications i.e. SAP and SFDC provides the solution to users.
  • Identify and communicate potential workarounds.
  • End to End incident reporting to users.
  • Be an active player in the improvement of the team processes.
  • Propose solutions and alternatives to the selected elements to improve and take ownership of delivering those initiatives.
  • Subject matter expert in IT compliance standards to ensure all work is done accurately by managing the audit tasks within the team.
  • Work on having a smooth handover with the Small/Medium teams. Assist to the knowledge transfers to evaluate the sustainability of the solution from a support perspective.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • SAP experience and/or
  • SALESFORCE (CRM) 2+ years experience
  • Detailed oriented
  • Good Communication skills
  • Great Teammate
