Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years Salesforce administration and/or development experience
• Experience w/ automaton
• Experience with Salesforce release management and tools
• SAFe experience highly desired
• Salesforce certs highly desired

We are looking for you to bring your engineering, salesforce expertise and automation skills to join the Salesforce Admin team. In this role you will work with the Salesforce administration team on a variety of tasks listed below. If you have a growth mindset and are ready to transform manual tasks with automation that will allow you and the team to focus on more value added activities and efforts then this position is for you!

Installs new software releases and system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches, and resolves software related problems. Performs system backups and recovery. Maintains data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity. Technologies supported include operating systems, servers, networks, system security, hardware and other software applications. Troubleshoots system issues and resolves or escalates. Creates and updates system documentation, including configurations and backup procedures.
