ROLE DESCRIPTION

As Sales Enablement Manager, you will be a primary Salesforce super user and the first line of support for the Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and updates as well as educating stakeholders on the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform and co-ordinate delivery of enhancements based on evolving user requirements. You will be responsible for working with stakeholders to build out the reporting capabilities of the platform with Salesforce tools, that will help the business generate commercial insights and metrics that drive productivity improvements.

You will work with business teams to understand their pain points / needs, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and automate customer journeys. Your role will be to gather requirements from our business stakeholders, design improved processes/journeys and then implement them in Salesforce.

You will collaborate with the global Sales teams and with the wider RELX Sales Ops team to support the development of a world-class CRM strategy and will ensure that our growth and GTM machine work seamlessly across all our global markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work directly with various business leaders and sales teams; direct accountability for end-user support
  • Provide system and business process expertise when scoping projects and related integrations
  • Review solution summaries where appropriate to ensure adherence to best practices and fit-for-purpose, user-focused development
  • Demonstrable growth mindset: enthusiastic about learning new technologies quickly and applying the gained knowledge to address business problems
  • Integration monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Documentation and knowledge sharing; technical, business process, best practice, reference architecture, etc.
  • Applies advanced Salesforce technical principles and concepts; contributes to the development of new principles and concepts
  • Works under consultative direction toward predetermined long-range goals and objectives; assignments are often self-initiated, determines and pursues courses of action necessary to obtain desired results, work checked through consultation and agreement with business stakeholders more often than by formal review of superior

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years previous administrative experience with Salesforce
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification
  • Strong understanding of how to build and support highly scalable and reliable solutions on Salesforce Platform
  • Proven ability to manage and resolve complex and ambiguous technical issues
  • Demonstrated support success with at least one large Salesforce Org
  • Understanding of UI design principles and best practices
  • Exceptional analytical skills and experience working with large-scale, complex datasets
  • Track record of taking ownership and leading data-driven analyses to support and grow a business
  • Communication skills for both a technical and business audience
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification preferred
  • Experience working in Agile projects preferred
