Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who will contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting sales representatives, coordinating sales activities, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, handling administrative duties, and maintaining good customer relationships. This role reports to the Manager, Sales Ops and is a remote role.
Key Responsibilities:
Manages all exports of PTX data and utilizes Alteryx to combine data into lead lists
Assist colleagues with the creation and setup of the staging tables for N.A
Monitor website content for relevance and updates
Assists with lead list scrubbing
Assist with company research
Current contract terms in relative systems
Assists with pulling contacts to load into salesforce for campaigns/initiatives for lead list upload.Tracking leads and outcomes
Maintains audit dashboard and assists with sales dashboard and report creation for sales team.
Other adhoc need and special projects requested by the sales team
Key Qualifications:
College Diploma (business related field preferred but not required)
Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience
Salesforce experience is an asset
Knowledge of MS Office, CRM
Knowledge of sales cycle / experience with lead generation process a plus
Strong oral and written communications skills
Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy
