Job Summary\u0007 Responsible for supporting the Sales Manager with general sales operations activities.Essential Duties and Responsibilities\u0007 Provide administrative support of sales in coordination with operations services procurement and finance\u0007 Assist with process improvement messaging and management\u0007 Support sales communications and planning including assisting with content and distribution\u0007 Assist with market data research as needed\u0007 Coordinate with training to ensure new hire training\u0007 Assist SVP with special projects and assignments by executive leadership\u0007 Coordinate meeting schedules between sales leadership and SVP of Sales as well as customers\u0007 Assist sales leadership with strategic initiatives \u0007 Assist in coordinating and planning events for all sales meetings\u0007 Ensure seller compensation plans commissions and bonus tracking are in place\u0007 Distribute sales and reporting metrics including: o FP&A and Sales Ops reportso LORP tracking and RFP response data o Service renewalso State contract quarterly reports\u0007 Answer/route incoming phone calls\u0007 Process and distribute incoming/outgoing mail \u0007 Assist Account Managers with sales paperwork including proposals and bids\u0007 Register new vendors setup jobs and submissions\u0007 Research and contact vendors for part numbers pricing and compatibility\u0007 Provide various administrative support including but not limited to: o tracking shipmentso Submitting RMA's o Compiling equipment lists for service renewals o Requesting certificates of insurance/bondso Compiling proposal logs Other duties assigned as neededSkills and Abilities \u0007 Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities \u0007 Ability to work and think independently and ensuring to meet deadlines\u0007 Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion\u0007 Excellent attention to detail \u0007 Must have clear and professional communication skills (written and oral) both internally and externally\u0007 Effective communication and interaction with employees clients and colleagues and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization\u0007 Demonstrated customer service focus and client communication skills\u0007 Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Education and/or Experience \u0007 Minimum of a High school Diploma or equivalent \u0007 Minimum 2-4 years of experience with office administrative functions preferred\u0007 Intermediate proficiency with demonstrated experience utilizing office suite (Word Excel Powerpoint)Working Environment The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
