Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Urbandale or Austin office:

Revenue Compliance Analyst

We will count on you to:

• Prepare, review and/or approve administrative system accounting reports and/or consolidated statements.
• Analyze and maintain the client insured records.
• Ensure invoicing commission compliance by comparing the transaction request to the client contract terms
• Communicate with placement brokers as well as the financial planning group to ensure timely response and proper approvals for deferrals.
• Prepare and analyze revenue and/or expense reports; and ensure timely and accurate monthly and quarterly close.
• Prepare and present higher level of reconciliations between administrative systems and other sources.
• Provide functional advice or training to less-experienced accountant positions.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, carrier agreements, SOX procedures, SSAE16 procedures tax regulations, local GAAP and US GAAP and local statutory regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of internal accounting policies, transitions to and from teams both onshore and offshore, procedures and process improvements for general accounting functions.

What you need to have:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in work related field.
• MS Excel (beginner to intermediate proficiency)
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
